One of the best collections of glossaries on the web is maintained by Frank Dietz. Here you'll find links to all manner of terminologies, word lists and dictionaries, covering all sorts of topics.
Eurodicautom is the main terminology resource for the European Union. It is maintained by EU terminologists, and covers all official languages.

Other Translation Info
Trados run a resource for translators and translation users at http://www.translationzone.com/. This site contains a searchable translator database, as well as a chat area which is often populated by Trados support staff.

Atril have a similar resource at http://www.transref.org/.
